Am 3. April besuchten uns Mitglieder der GAT in Sevilla. Gemeinsam wurde die Zentrale in Cartuja, die neue Fabrik in Calonge sowie die Stiftung „Valentin de Madariaga“ besichtigt.
Weiters blieb auch Zeit für einen Besuch der Altstadt von Sevilla.

Die GAT – Gemeinschaft Aufzugs Technik eG – ist eine Genossenschaft für den Mittelstand in Aufzugbau mit Zentrale in Bissendorf, gemeinsam werden Synergien mit Herstellern von Aufzugsanlagen gesucht um die Chancen am Markt zu verbessern.

The students of the second cycle of Pre-primary education of the School CEIP Vista Alegre of Cordoba received some instructions on lift safety. This class was conducted by our colleague Beatriz Ceña from MP Córdoba.
With educational games and activities these students were able to learn lift safety rules while pretending to be lift technicians for a day.

MP Ascensores participates in the book commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Cartuja Science and Technology Park published by the University of Seville.

Seville celebrates the 25th anniversary of the birth of the Cartuja Science and Technology Park project (originally called Cartuja 93). The idea was to reuse a large part of the emblematic Expo 92 site to host large multinationals with a technological profile, together with regional companies and scientific research.

In the new century the Park has not stopped growing exponentially, and not only at a business level. There are already 459 technological companies in this area, directly employing more than 17,300 people and with an annual turnover of more than 2,200 million euros. But there has also been an increase in university and post-university education, scientific activity, cultural activity, commercial activity, sports and leisure activities, etc.

MP has been part of the PCT Cartuja since 2000 and participates in this book that has been published by the University of Seville.

During the month of November, we received several groups of firefighters in the MP Lifts Pavilion in Seville who carried out practical sessions and rescue drills in case of lift emergencies.

The training was carried out by our Technical Manager in Seville, Eladio García.
